Ramblin, thank you and you are so right. I am feeling lucky and have always enjoyed new adventures. It is good to know I can ask for advise and answers when they come up.

Thanks again to all replies,
I am still learning the forum thing. I have just a little tip on making a realy good cup of instant coffee that I learned from an old Mexican freind of mine here in southern AZ. You can use 2%, whole milk, or half and half.
depending on your choice of creaminess. Being a more full figured RVer I use 2%. take a regular coffee cup fill it with milk of your choice heat it in the Micro. until it just starts to boil, add one teaspoon of instant coffee. I use Nesscaffe. stir and sweeten to taste. My wife and I love it!!
