New to this Forum
Hi. We are Betsy and Rick and we are almost full-timers. As soon as our house sells we will officially be "Homeless" except for our 5th wheel which will be "Home is Where We Park It". Rick makes costume jewelry to sell at Arts and Crafts shows and I quilt, mostly just for fun though I have sold some small items. Right now I am working on piecing a king-size quilt (have been since 2009) and hope to get it done and sent to a long-arm quilter before the end of the year.
Our house is in the North Georgia Mountains but when we get it sold we will have to decide where our domicile will be. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where is the best place to domicile?
We have a 2014 Heartland 3610 RL which we bought in August. Would love to communicate with other Heartland owners.
We are grandparents of teenagers who live in NC so are planning to spend the summer in the middle of that state at Lake Norman.
All for now.

You'll love the full time life! A lot of full timers choose South Dakota for residency. No personal income tax and very easy residency requirements. We use Americas-Mailbox Home - mail forwarding - Americas-Mailbox in Rapid City for mail forwarding. They will also take care of vehicle registrations for you. We have been very happy with them.

Hello Betsy & Rick, welcome to the Forum! We domicile in SD, but our mh and car is in Mt. To correct you...........you will be "houseless" not homeless! As far as NC and visiting your sons consider Tanglewood Park, in Clemmons, NC. We host there and it will be much more economical!

Welcome to IRV2. Hope you check out the Carolina Campers and join us for a get together. Nothing planned at this time, but keep watch on our thread for anything coming up. You might also be interested in the IRV2 National Rally in September in Myrtle Beach. So far we have 60+ rigs signed up. There is a forum near the top of the page about it. Hope to see you there.
