New to Us

We just purchased a 1994 Gulf Stream Ultra, we didnt purchase just from someone, the person I have known for years and is like my guardian angel.
Prior to the Class C purchase, owned a popup camper so this is all going to be new and very adventureous Im sure.
Alot of learning is going to be done over time. Presently trying to figure out how to take out the window cornices, side window cornice covers, and the blinds. They appear to be all original and with time and crafty skills I want to make it our home away from home.
We took the opportunity because of having Gchildren now, So excited!

Congrats on the new "C"! I'm sure you will have her in tip-top shape in not time at all! Enjoy those grandkids while you can, they grow up quick!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

with the purchase came some hidden problems that were not disclosed. We have spent this past week and half repairing the upper bunk area. It had a leak which I discovered while taking out the upper bunk mattress to clean and wash down. (prior to allow G kids to get up there and have their fun) Im just that way. If its used I wash it inside out, etc. Fiance' has been working very patiently on this. I have been redoing window treatments, upholestry coverings with all new foam inside. Ollies has the foam density padding really priced well. Fabric is something always here. So its been a sewing project like no other here. But Im worried because there is alot of things needing repaired like no other is this going to be a bust or just something that has cropped up because we are new owners. Awning rear bracket has pulled away from the side of the motor home thats another area we need to repair.
