Hi Trish and Welcome!
You've hit a gold mine of information on this site! Good luck on your remodel... First thing is to lay out a master plan with a logical sequence... In other words, don't do the floors until you've addressed walls, ceilings, cabinetry, etc. to avoid damaging your new flooring.
Work safely and carefully... Be very careful with propane systems as you will be putting your life on the line when you go to sleep in a very tight environment. Consult the experts when in doubt, but do so with the knowledge that some are not as competent as they would have you believe. Members who live in your home area will gladly advise you on the most reputable RV service people if you ask.
Don't hesitate to pose a question or to "share your story" (with pictures as Steve N Sal suggested). We all love to learn from someone else's success story!
Safe travels,
Good man
