New Truck Campers driving cross country

Hi all,

My wife and I are new members here and are new to the RV community as a whole. A couple of months ago we purchased our F350 and a 2007 Lance 1055 truck camper. We've since done a few mods - like removing the AC unit to lose weight, and I am in the process of converting our rig's electrical system to lithium based solar system as we don't want to have to hook up for juice.

After a few camping outings in our rig within a 200 mile radius of our house, we are finally hitting the road next week for a big trip from upstate New York to Tucson, AZ.

We plan to hit several national parks - wildfires and COVID closures permitting, of course.

Anyhow, happy to be a member here!
