New Winnebago 2301BH and IRV2 Member

Hey all,

Just picked up my brand new Winnebago Minnie 2301BH today. Took it to the scales and it appears that the advertised weight was fairly close. Total weight of my 2006 Tundra Double Cab 4x4 and Empty Trailer was 10,200 lbs with me in it. That gives me about 2400 lbs to load the trailer and truck to meet the 12,600 GCVWR. I'm posting this info for those who are in the market for a trailer and weight is a consideration for the tow vehicle. It was a major issue for me as I wanted to get something that left me enough cargo capacity to bring what I want but not exceed GCVWR.

I'm your average guy with a wife, a pre-k girl, and a little boy who is due any day now. We live in Utah and love to camp throughout the west. Our previous setup was a Chalet A-frame XL. It worked great but with a second kid there was no way A-Frame camping was gonna be fun anymore.

I hope to learn from my fellow RV'rs so we can enjoy our camping even more. Happy trails!

Sadly I need someones help already. Long story short, none of my GFCI outlets work. We are in Zion on our first trip. I did the obvious stuff already by resetting breakers and the reset buttons on the main outlet. Dealer is obviously useless and says they checked everything before I picked up the unit. I feel dumb because I noticed the tv didn't work when I had the trailer hooked to shore power before we left for our trip. I figured I needed the remote to turn on the tv. Any suggestions on how to get them working? I'm using an extension cord where the microwave outlet is for now.
