Newbe wannabe
Hello everyone. I am glad to be here and I just wanted to say that I want to become a fulltime RVer and I want to get a Sprinter based rv. I have done some research and would like some opinions from informed sources. It won't be for another couple of years before I will purchase the rv. I have never purchased an rv before and reading different books about the rv life. If anyone has any information on which is their favorite Sprinter based rv, I would be greatly appreciative.

A 2 year jump on decision making is a plus for you. The Sprinter campers are very nice and beautiful. However, since you have the time, why not check out other motor homes? The Camper on a Sprinter chassis might be just the camper for you. But, you will feel better knowing you shopped and made a wise decision.

Welcome to IRV2! It's great to have you join the bunch here!
Sorry I don't know anything about Sprinters, but I bet you find a lot of folks on here who do! Enjoy the forum!
Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Welcome to IRV. You're time frame for research is also currently the same one I'm using. Planning on getting something nice in 2 or 3 years. However i'm looking at a slightly different market.
Sprinters are nice, rigs like the Unity seem nice, but like others said consider looking at things like the RUV from Thor (Axis/Vegas), check out the Nissan chassis (Road Trek) and then appreciate your Chevy/Ford/MB choice even more. Even try looking at something bigger just to verify your original gut. I've bought what my heart desires in the past only to currently drive the LAST choice I had when looking 4 years ago as a daily driver. And I'll tell you it's my favourite non-toy car i've ever owned.
