Newbie
Hello from AZ. We just loss our Monaco Windsor 40 because of a Norcold 1200 fire, it was all gone in 20 mins. We are grateful to our 10 yr old grandson for awakening us up, we just got out only with what we had on.
2000 fires since 1999. The fire inspector told me this was the 2nd one this month in NM. We need to do something to fix this problem soon before there is a loss of a life.

 Very sorry to hear about the fire, but glad no one was hurt. Property can be replaced, people can not.

Sorry to hear of your loss but glad all are okay. After reading your post, I googled Norcold fires and saw they have a recall out for some models and serial numbers. I ran out and checked mine and am relieved to say that mine is not one of the models. Did you know about this recall? ( www.norcoldrecall.com) or was it done and you still had a fire?

Hi folks! Welcome to IRV2! It's great to have you join the gang! 
Sure sorry about your losing the rig! When we bought our MH last spring I replaced the fridge cooling unit with one of the Amish-built units before we started using it. I just couldn't take a chance with our lives!
