Newbie
Been looking at the Class A Motor homes for some time now and just bought a Sun-Voyager 2004 36 FT 15,000 on the Odometer and new tires. This has not been prepped yet by the dealer. Took it for a drive and it dove and the ride was quite nice even better than some of the newer models I have driven. I found only 2 , what I call major, problems one being the Odometer display was hard to read and one of the AC units was not providing very much cold air. Is there anything that I should ask the dealer to check for and what should I check and/or look for?

Welcome, glad to meet you!
I would check date codes on tires (most consider 7 to 8 years useful life expectancy). Also have the dealer do a complete maintenance on engine and generator, including fuel filters and chassis lube.

Thanks!
We check the four outside tires they looked brand new and the date stamp was 2012 so we feel good about that. Did find some things that require attention inside the MH but could not tell if anything wrong at the time we drove, it handled very nice on the road and did not here anything out of the ordinary from the engine.

Congratulations on the new unit.
Even if it is not your first, plan to live in it for at least a day in your driveway. You will discover some things that you should know.
When you say that an A/C does not blow much cold air, do you mean it doesn't blow much air that is cold or what air it does blow is not very cold??
*-The first could be just be that the intake filter needs cleaning.
*-The second could mean that this A/C needs some help and they usually can't be serviced as they are a sealed unit.
