well, not really a newbie. we just sold our Northstar 850sc and the ram 2500 that carried it and bought ourselves a lake house. now i have wanderlust really bad so we ordered a cougar 22mls and got myself a 2021 ram power wagon as a retirement gift from the wife. we've been hardcore anglers for decades and have travelled all over British Columbia fishing remote lakes. now it's time to travel the country and see what we are missing. we have a couple electric kayaks so we can still fish. we're really looking forward to our new adventures. this spring we will do a B.C/Yukon/Alaska loop to get the feet wet. we've tried to do it several times before but we either ran out of time or forest fires prevented us. we are the type that never plan our trips, we prefer to fly seat of the pants.an unplanned trip is an adventure, not a trip .
