Newbie from north Texas

Hello Forum, we are a looking to make our own adventures traveling in the 5th Wheel and wanted to join the forum. I came across the site while researching my options for a decent used 1st camper, and tomorrow we will pick it up. I have already used the forums to better educate and for that thank you.
We will make our maiden voyage this weekend headed to Lake Fork, Texas. I'm just getting started owning a camper, and am anticipating a steep learning curve. They wealth of knowledge you can gain here on the site is amazing..and free so far.

Thanks!

Welcome

Welcome! This is a great site, everyone is super nice! We have a Class A and our best friends have a 5th wheel with a diesel Chevy truck! They started in our original tent and have never looked back. We've had 4 units and they have had 4 units but who's counting! Enjoy

Yes I live and work in the dfw area. Getting all the bugs worked out for our first trip. Thinking of doing a garage sale and putting my tent up for sell... Wont need that again
