Hi Bev, we are about 130 miles north of London and about ten miles north of Derby. We have quite a few relatives over there in the States, mainly in Utah and Carole (my wife) has relatives in Canada. Small world now, isn't it!

Hello John and Cathy, thank you for your welcome.

The test drive went well, the wife and I decided that it was the right coach for us. No slides but plenty of room for two. The dealer is now preparing the coach and we hope to take delivery late next week, then the open road beckons

We owned a Gulfstream 27' class A for 8 years when we lived in UK. We took it all over Europe. The only problem we ever had was trying to find somewhere to dump the tanks. Some campgrounds had grey water disposal but only ever found two sites that had capability to dump sewer. That was 6years ago, maybe its changed now. Oh, and driving the roads around the Ring of Kerry was bit tight!!
Have fun!!!

Welcome to the forum from ex-pat Leylanders now living in Anacortes, Washington State (top LH corner about 50 miles south of the border with Canada - 70 miles by road).

I was an engineer at Norton Villiers in Wolverhampton before emigrating to join Boeing in 1968. Now retired and wondering how I ever found time to go to work!
