Newbie from the UK

Hello from a newbie over here in England

We currently own a UK built motor caravan (what you would call a C class) but are travelling this weekend to view what we hope will become our very first RV

She is a 2006 Four Winds Hurricane 30Q on a Workhorse chassis powered by a 8.1L 340hp Vortec V8 engine

All for now

Are you buying it in the U.K. or here in the states?

The coach is already over here and is fully converted for use in the UK. I think there have been two owners since it was imported new.

However, I have spotted another fine looking coach (in my eyes at least). It is a 2005 Coachmen Mirada 290KS, one careful owner and a mere 21,500 miles on the clock. Hoping to test drive this one over the weekend as well

Thank you for the welcome. The world of the RV is a bit strange but I'm sure there is a wealth of knowledge in this forum

Love your coach There are a number of dealers over here offering Monaco coaches for sale. Very nice but all diesel pushers and out of our league for both weight and price.

Thanks for the welcome

We live in the East Midlands, a little town called Belper just outside the city of Derbyshire and close to the famed Peak District National Park.
