Newbie From VA

My wife and I take delivery of our Dynamax Force (37BH) tomorrow morning. First timers.

Long-story short (and I am sure not far from many here) - recent health crisis wake up calls, workaholic syndrome past, etc.... on the drive home to VA two days ago from visiting our youngest son (and his wife - who is 7 months pregnant) in Toronto, we took a very spontaneous right turn before Pittsburg, hit Akron and simply decided to do what we've always talked about.

We have couple hotrods/muscle cars we drag around (well, used to in a covered hauler with our F350) so we wanted something rated to pull at least 8k lbs. comfortably. And something nice for trips without toys.

Past few nights I caught up on "research" .. which - most came from this site ... thank you all. Stars aligned - and we found in-stock what we would have ordered. First place we stopped. Ironic.

We've got some business to conclude (and doc visits) next few weeks in VA- but intend to return to Toronto for birth of 3rd grandchild then hit the road until .... whenever

Start with Mopar event at Carlilse in PA .. then onward!!

I've been a part of other forums in my other interests ... and look forward to becoming part of this family.

The only "camping" I've done is in the desert and woods while in the Army (other life, years ago .. haha)... lol ... my wife, on the other hand, grew up camping, RV'ing, etc.

We work together in our own business from "home" ... so now home is where we park it ....

Thanks again for all help so far - and hope to run into many soon!!!

Congratulations and Welcome from Petersburg, VA! We have had so many people say "I wish" or "My Dream". You made the correct decision; even if it doesn't work the way you thought.

We are FT next week; going where my work takes me. Anyone want to buy a S&B, cheap?
