Newbie in Illinois

We just purchased our first ever RV a Crossroads ST270BH. I also got to purchase a brand new truck for it. Still in shock for spending so much money...

We do not pick it up until March and in the interim have been doing a lot of research/reading. Always looking for good advice and have found all these forums to be great. I try to search prior to posting so if I post something that has been answered in detail just point me in the way. Thanks

My latest search is in the propane campfire fire pits.

So we will be hitting the road it will be myself my wife - 2 of 3 daughters 9/14 and dogs!

New RV, New Truck, New... well lots of new stuff to go with it. There's only one down side to shiny I can think of. I'm somewhat cheap and may live below my means. So you can probably guess what it is. Should I welcome you, you guys have unleashed some Presidents unto the world. What the hay. Hey! It's IRV and you have the dubious distinction of being welcomed to IRV by me. The good news is the nice lads and lassies are doing the same thing.

Beinvenue au IRV. (That's nothing filthy I assure you mods!)

Cool Thanks

Thanks to everyone! Trust me it was tough to release the presidents! I broke into cold sweats and also like to live below my means, but wth you only live once and its not going to break the bank.
