Welcome since you are in Texas, my first bit of advice is to go to one of the PPL RV lots (Houston, San Antonio or Dallas) and spend some time walking the lots looking at various motorhomes, it can be a great way to see what is out there on the used market, let you compare floor plans, etc. as well as to see what kind of shape most used coaches are in even if you don't buy there. As after you spend some time there you will likely appreciate it when you run across an actual well maintained gem in your search.
