newbie on the bayou

All it took was my first night spent in the RV lot at Tiger Stadium. Now, I've got a fever. And the only presciption is more RV! I'm looking to buy, what I'm sure a lot of people want, an older MH in good operable condition under 10K. I want to know everything there is to know about RV's. This is a new chapter in my life and I'm going to California in December to check off a bucket list item. Choot Em!

I sure understand the fever! Do lots of research and be sure to ask lots of questions. You will find so many kind and helpful folks here that it might even make the process somewhat easier.
Good luck and keep us all posted.

Wow, a lot has happened in 30 days. The '93 Jayco 27' MH needed work that I didn't want to get into to get it how I wanted. So I sold it, looked at hundreds on EBay and Craigslist. Of course, right when I got tired of looking I reply to a Craigslist ad 3 hours away in Mobile, AL and hours later I'm on my way to check it out. Bought it on the spot and pulled it back. Brand new, never used 2012 Starcraft AR-One. Perfect size, weight and price. San Diego and all places in between, here I come! Thanks to all for welcome and assistance!!
