Newbie-sorta
Hey everyone,
I used this forum a ton and learned so much back in 2017 when I was planning on buying a pick up truck and a travel trailer in which I could live. This forum was absolutely instrumental in finding me the best travel trailer to live in and it found and helped me find the absolute best deal.
However, instead of traveling in my travel trailer, I ended up parking it on 5 acres and living it in it for almost 2 years so I never ended up buying a pick up truck!
Fast forward to the end of 2018, I sold my travel trailer (for a profit!) And, I bought a house in Southern California. Fast forward again five years and I now own a pick up truck but it is a wimpy one when it comes to towing and this is where I am going to need your help.
I have a 2017 Toyota Tacoma SR5 with a GVWR of 5600 pounds. I am now looking for a travel trailer that I can tow for vacation instead of living in! So I could surely use some help trying to find the perfect travel trailer for my little Taco, which I love by the way.
I’ll be putting more information about exactly what I’m looking for in the proper board but in terms of a budget-friendly, very small and light trailer that will do well in national parks, in the desert, on BLM land, for Boondocking, and on the coast.
But for now, I just wanted to introduce myself and say this is the best RV forum!
