Newbie to RVing

My name is Laura. My husband and I decided we wanted to get an rv, so we purchased a 1976 Dodge Brougham. It needs little work, and we are almost ready to start on some new adventures. Hoping to go camping this weekend or early next wee. We live in northeast Wisconsin. Glad to be here.

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome. We discovered that there is no hot water heater. My husband is looking for one, so, guess I will be heating water up on the stove until we get one. Hopefully, it will be soon. Also would like to get an awning for it. Had hoped to go camping this weekend, but, not sure now. My sister might be coming up. Oh well, maybe next weekend if we don't do it this one.
