Newbie to this site
Hello! I live in TN and I am new to forums. We own a 2010 5th Wheel Sabre bunkhouse camper. I enjoy using the camper but it seems as though we never have enough time to use it. We are considering moving to WA and living in it full time but it is difficult to find a good campground on the Internet with reviews. Also, a lot of month to month sites state electric charges are based on usage but I have no idea how much a camper uses. Reviews on campgrounds in Washington would be greatly appreciated. We do have the camper up for sale because it seems that would be the easier route. Thank you for any and all input!

Hi and welcome,
Washington is a big state. If you want a very reasonable and nice park - nothing fancy - but good prices - try one just a few miles North of Spokane, Washington. We stayed there for a month and would do it again in a minute. It is the "Wild Rose RV Park" in Colbert, WA. It was nice last summer and we were visiting family in Spokane. You would have to call them with latest price but it was very affordable. Nice shower (pay for men free for women!) and laundry. But we liked it because it was quiet and plenty of deer in the area to watch. The managers were great.
When you are looking at a particular city just Google "Spokane, WA RV parks reviews" and you will get a lot to read normally. Of course use your city and state of interest but that is a good way to read reviews.

Elec usuage
And meant to mention: Your RV dictates (somewhat) your RV useage. If you are in a 30 AMP RV or a 50 AMP RV you can get some idea using a bit of math on electric use. You can't use more than the 30 or 50 and we found staying in several places with paid electric you won't probably spend a lot on elec use. And, BTW, Oregon is a pretty state as well. If you go to Wallowa, OR give the "Wallowa River RV Park" a try - very nice place and another reasonable place to stay and walking distance to a river and grocery store, Church, etc.

Welcome to the irv2 gang! We have learned a lot from the folks on this set of forums. It's a great place to find almost any topic. You already have some good ideas in the welcome messages above. The major menu topics above offer all kinds of topics organized in different ways. There is even a Campgrounds menu where sites are listed by state. The reviews are limited, but you might find some places to investigate further. If you have something like an iPhone or iPad, you can use apps like AllStays to gather lots of useful information. Finally, there is almost always a search capability in the upper right section of these web pages. You can even search within a forum for more specific info. Good luck with your plans and happy travels to ya!
