Newbies!
Happy to have found this wonderful forum. One we sell our home we're going to be "on the wing" in our RV, traveling for as long as we please ... can't wait! We're birders and are excited not only to travel to other states/locations, but to go birding to all those new places.

Almita and Rueben, glad to have you aboard. Lots of good info in the forums and I bet there are some other birders here too. Enjoy your adventures and be safe.

We just joined iRV2, and are actually "Prebies", I'm in a retirement transition period and my wife and I have decided to go full time rving. (her idea :-) We've done a lot of research and for our budget, are looking at the "Open Range Roamer or the Prime Time Crusader Fifth wheels, with a one ton Diesel, either Chevy or Ford to pull it. We've traveled all over the world but haven't seen these beautiful United States! Not sure what "Birders" but I believe Almita & Rueben have the right idea!

Amita & Reuben
Glad to have you here with us.
It's a long drive from NV,but Cape May NJ is a major birding area. It is a flyway for a lot of migratory birds. Also I think it was Motorhome mag. several months ago was praising birding in the Rio Grande Valley of TX.
Good luck and Happy Trails!!
