I almost rv2. The DW (what a cute acronym!) and I are in the most serious discussion phase of purchasing a TT. The kids are gone, the cat is using the big litter box in the sky, and I have one foot out the door at work with the rest of me to soon follow. We have settled (I think) on a Northwood product, either a Nash or Snow River. We are about 2 hours from LaGrande and will be touring the factory a week hence. I like the quality of the product and have seen mostly positive comments here and elsewhere. Initially we anticipate spring and fall local travel, but hope to make some serious tracks across the US after the New Year as we have many friends from our military years scattered about. Would like to sample both park & boondock modes. Our TV is a 2006 Titan Extended (King?) 4x with tow package. If the life style sticks, in a couple of years we will step up a level or so, both TV & TT. If not we'll likely still be doing short stints on the road. Worst case we will bail and pass on a good TT and I still get a new vehicle. Still lots to learn (haggling, financing, insuring, right turns, backing, mail delivery, energy & water conservatoin, you name it!). Your thoughts, wisdom & prayers are most welcome!
