Newby to forums

Just want to say hello to everyone. We just bought a 1988 Jamboree. I'm not sure if this is the place......but we are not getting any gas to the cooking stove. We had the tank filled and have blown out the gas lines. We are hoping to get some suggestions as to what to do next. Thanks!

Do any of the other propane appliances work (furnace, hot water?).

tell us more like are you getting gas to water heater & frig. if so check to see if gas is getting to the stove by cracking the gas line at the stove if you get gas there your gas regulator could be bad hope this will help you.

Hi folks! Welcome to IRV2! It's great to have you join the gang!

I would suggest that you post questions over in the specific areas of the program for best results. Not many folks hang out here in the Welcome area so your responses will be very limited. Just go to the green menu bar at the top and put your mouse over "RV Forums", then click on "RV Systems and Appliances". Hope you find your problem!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

How far back did you blow the lines out? From the tank to the stove? Is your regulator at the tank? You have to see if you are getting any gas thru the reg. it could be seized or got insects in it. Disconnect the pipe from the outlet of the regulator and then turn tank on. If you have blown out all the lines and you have gas in the tank, there is not much else that can stop it. You should be getting approx 3/8 of a pound of pressure out of the reg. (11 inches water column)

Thanks, for your help. We are definitely not getting gas to the stove or other appliances, so we will try replacing the regulator. I sure appreciate your help!
