Hello all and greetings from the dusty desert town of Rosamond, CA. I have owned a 2018 Newmar Mountain Aire 4018 since Jan 2021. It is an amazing rig that brought a steep learning curve with it along with problems with offshore components such as charge bridge, step motor, water pump, shower mixer valve assembly, inverter and much more. It is more work than my previous Winnebago, but when fully operational it easily beats any 5-star hotel room based on our experience.

As a minor footnote, I contributed to IRV2 during the mid-2000s, most notably with my review of the Turbo Cool RV swamp cooler which I installed onto my ‘93 Winnebago Brave, but it looks like all of my posts from that timeframe were dropped. I hope to contribute more in the future.
