Noob class A owner in FL

Iíll try this again. I typed out a nice post earlier, but got distracted with my kids and the forum logged me out and the post disappeared.

We recently sold out house and used some of the profits to buy a 2000 Monaco Diplomat. We are full timers in the RV right now, but plan on only doing that for part of the year. We plan to spend the summers in upstate NY where I already own property and have a cabin. And the winters in FL where we are now. My work is flexible, and my kids homeschooled, so this works out for us.

Iíve been working on the RV, making it more comfortable for us. I took out the queen bed in the back bedroom and put in bunk beds for the kids.
Iím working on the couch now, and am going to use our sleep number mattress inserts to make it more comfy.
I removed the old Norcold fridge and installed a residential unit.
Iíve been trying to catch up on the maintenance to the engine, generator, and chassis. I still have some fluids/filters to change on the engine, and need to lube the chassis.

Right now we are parked in my in-laws side yard, and hooked up to shore power. There is an RV park 2 miles from here where I dump the black tank. The plan is to buy an acre or two outside of St Augustine and clear a spot for the RV. A tiny house or two will come shortly after.

I have many little projects going on, and will be posting for some advice soon. Thanks in advance!
