Not a new member, I just found this forum

There are many forums on this site and I just stumbled into this forum. DW and I are planning to leave the workforce late this year to travel the USA.

We are waiting to take possession of a 2001 Class A HR 38 PBD Scepter. It has been very well taken care of and I plan to continue that. Anyone with experience with these units I am all ears. We are having a washer/dryer added to it so we can do most all laundry in it. I have no idea what all I need to take with me and I can tell you that this thing has so much room under it that I could take most anything I want. I plan to have all the usual stuff needed but I am going to put together a large tool box and some other specialty tools that I know I will be needing. It already has a ladder in so I may throw in a stepladder.

We have been participating in the RV world since the late 70's moving up through all the usual modes of camping from tent, pop up, travel trailer, Airstream, fifth wheel, Class B and now this one. We are new to the big rigs but I don't think it will be much different than before, just larger.

Alan

Allan,

I have been here for a few months. Jon Brazel recommended this to me and he has been a great help to me in the past. Sorry I didn't see this sooner and I appreciate the welcome.

Alan
