Not so New Members

Scott, Gloria, and Charlie Brown finally checking in! Been signed up here for a while and greatly enjoy the forums. I especially appreciate the email updates with latest topics. We have been in the RV community for several decades. We've owned everything. Popup tent trailers (1) and pick up popups (2), slide in pickup campers (2 Lance 11.5'), travel trailers (2), fifth wheel trailers (3), and now finally a motorhome. The MH is a 2015 Tiffin 28BR. We still have the 26.5' Arctic Fox fifth wheel for our numerous hunting trips.

We took a trip to Florida and Georgia from the middle to end of September in the new to us Tiffin. What a great way to learn the ins and outs of a new RV! This is our first entry into the MH world and what a huge difference between it and all previous RVs. I'm amazed at how much more complex the Tiffin DP is than all previous units. I thought I had a lot to learn when I first ventured into a fifth wheel. No way. The MH adds all the normal coach stuff to two mechanical systems. I guess that is almost equivalent to the truck and trailer/camper situation, but just getting accustomed to all the new to us electrical, plumbing, and mechanical nuances took us a couple of months and the two week close contact trip to get us in the drivers seat on this Tiffin.

I've learned a lot by reading through many of the Class A threads.

Keep it coming!
