'nuther new member, from Massachusetts

Well, I am not a new person. I am a fairly old person, (54) but I am new to this forum. I suspect I will be hanging out mostly on the vintage RV forum...

I just got a great deal on an older (88) Fleetwood Southwind. This is my 2nd RV, and my first Class A, and my 4th year as an RVer.

To date, we only use them as campers, 4 to 6 times a year, mostly summer. The previous class c was not a great winter unit, as the tanks were outside and under, although we did use it good into the fall when it was very cool outside. It worked great.

This new one will need some work, but it is set up much better for all year use, as it has the tanks inside, and it is 6 to 8 feet longer.

At this point, it is the wife and I, 14 yo son, and 11 yo daughter. 9 yo black lab is with us most times as well.

So, there I am. Looking forward to trading ideas and stories. Always looking for new data, sources, and ideas...

See ya 'round...

Geez, I was going to start my own "newbie" thread until I read your (I am a fairly old person, (54))! It must be a "north of Boston" thing!
Also, being from Mass, I am "not so young"! But, willing to lie about it!

OK, I'll go start my own!
