Welcome!
I am an old guy with an old DP. First off the Allison is due for filter and fluid change. The original owner kept good records so I knew when it was due.
So a lot depend on what the original owner has records for doing. Even if you do not do the work yourself, watch it being done because maybe something like a fan belt or water pump will go out on the road.
A DP oil change uses a lot of oil. I use blackstone labs. I went 4 years between oil changes based on oil samples.
DP tires age out before wearing out. After a hard learning curve on my first MH, one of the first things I did on my new to me DP was put on a new set of tires and keep them properly inflated based on taking the MH to the scales.
On the there is fuel filters.
