Old member new name
Hi to all.
Some of you may know me as Diese1nut. My wife and I joined back in 2000 when we were setting up for full timing. This site was the go to site for the most helpful information and the friendliest people you could meet.
We started with a new Dodge diesel and Holiday Rambler travel trailer because we thought keeping the pickup space was the best choice at the time. After our first Irv2 rally in Connecticut and our shake down trip we were questioning our choice. Mostly everyone else had a fiver and we could see why. We set off shortly after the rally and followed the sun.
Unfortunately back in 2000 internet service on the road was slow at best to nonexistent. We lost touch with the group by 2001. About 9 months into our journey we were in Squim WA. and I was walking our dog and there was a RV dealer just down the road. Two weeks later we were pulling a new 34' Alpenlite fifth wheel and loved it. About 16 months later we settled down again in Maine and sold the fiver.
Now comes time again, for the third time to do it again. We are in NH and selling our 50 acre farm and going to buy a motor-home and hopefully full time until i'm put in a rest home.
We will be seeking advise from time to time and appreciate and look forward to everyone's input. We are not in a rush as the real estate market is still soft up north.
Our property would make the ideal campground. 50 acres sub-divided into 4 lots with exquisite mountain views and all southern exposure. Also no zoning or restrictions. If we sell part of it we will probably set up one of the other lots for our RV and maybe a few more.
Anyway that's the plan. Also I tried to re-establish my original Diese1nut user name but could not remember my password and don't have the old email address that was connected to it. I tried to contact the administrator about 8 times 6 different ways but still get no response. So had to establish this new one. Oh-well.
Cheers to all and look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you all
Thank you all for welcoming me back.
Lori has addressed my log in issues for which I am very appreciative.
We look forward to the day we are back on the road and in the mix with such a great community.
We are trying to market our property everywhere so we can be somewhere warm this winter but we are prepared to tough out another winter here in the North East.
I still shop the internet daily for motor-homes but just can't pull the plug until we sell at least part of our property. It's fun shopping.
Cheers
