Old RVer

I'm very pleased to have found this site so that I can share experiences about camping, traveling, and Rving. This discovery is very timely in that I am trying to decide on changing from a travel trailer to a toy hauler. What type of toy hauler to purchase, etc. I plan on traveling most of the time to see this beautiful country, one state at a time. I just can't leave my Harley behind when I start my travels. I now have a 2012 Ram 2500 diesel. I do not want to go back to a fifth wheel. Any ideas on the subject would be appreciated. My traveling companions will be one old dog and two cats. Glad to be involved with like minded people.

From one Happy Camper to another, Welcome to IRV2!

Can't help with your questions on the toyhauler, but we're sure glad you decided to join the bunch here! Good luck, safe travels, and God bless!

You can always check out a lift that will put the bike in the truck bed, assuming you have an 8 footer.

That's our longrange plan, put the Valk in the truck bed and pull a perfect for us TT.

I too am looking for a toy hauler. I presently have DP which I love but do not like leaving the Harley at home - especially when I go to Florida in February. I now take the car but want to have the bike along and I will not put the bike on a lift on the back of the coach.
