Oldie but a newbie from Georgia

Bought a 2003 Winnie Journey dl in San Diego in October and drove it back to Georgia for my maiden voyage! Wow I'll need to learn how to slow down and smell the roses. Iam still working part time and looking for good camping opportunities during the winter. I've already had several "issues". Guess I need to learn to fix her myself. Love this sight. Hope to meet some follow campers and start a new era!

Welcome to IRV2. As a house owner you also get to be a handyman. This is a house on wheels so of course it's mechanically simpler... wait am I being sarcastic? who knows?! I would advise not smelling the roses, your other half might not like you holding your head out the window and swerving off the road... Age is just a state of mine, you hear me sonny. Now young whipper snapper I want you to star the platinum age era. It's like the gilded age but with more technology. Or choice B. "Well isn't starting the much smaller Era kind of pointless when you can start your Journey?" double entandre what's that?! You have just been welcomed by the zaniest member of IRV. Unfortunately that isn't special.

Oh and every time now I hear the name Dave, I can't help but think of "Citizen Khan" of BBC saying "Hello Dave"

Not the Hello Dave clip but here he is

Think of this guy saying "Hello Dave" long out and exasperated. I looked it up in Youtube and Hello Dave came up as suggested as I typed it so i'm not the only one who thought of it.
