Picking up my new home in the next week.

Hello everyone. I am selling my home and hitting the road. I joined to have some company. I have yet to pick my check up for my home and have 1700 a mile drive to pick up my 42ft home and drive back stuff my treasures in it and fill up and point it somewhere and see what happens :-)

It all happened quickly up to this point. I am going to give away what I don't take. Its a big bus I could take a lot of it, but won't. I am single so I don't have to ask permission.

One thing I am going to take is my John Deere 318. I am going to buy a tow trailer fixed to hold it on the tongue and as I drive around I will be looking for a snowplow to put on the front. Some people take golf carts, you will know me when you see me. I might have to limit it where it could bother someone. I guess they will not complain if the snow around their base disappears.

its a custom prevost without a build sheet. i gotta figure out the heater. its huge. whole things huge. i will put info in my sig when i get title in hand

do you guys use CBs? I need to google that. That would be more entertaining than music. I used my moms RV @ 18 and enjoyed using the cb to stay out of trouble. This one is longer but setting up and dumping should be similar.

i will soon know all these things

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new rig. I have not used a CB in 40 years.

You are joining a good group of friends here with good information to share. Read the various threads here and ask questions as they come up, or add information if you can.

Good luck and enjoy the adventure!
