There is a links bar under the campground picture at the top of this page.
At the left there is a "User CP" link. Click it.
In the links at the left of the page that opens, there is an "Edit Profile Picture" link. Click it.
On the page that opens, choose "Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer" and upload your picture.
(Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 400 by 400 pixels or 100.0 KB (whichever is smaller)
Click the "Save Changes" button when you are done.

I'm no expert,but try going to the top of the home page under the picture and click on the "photos"....maybe that will help.
