Planning on joining the ranks relatively soon

Currently we have a vacation home in Alabama and live in Florida. We try to spend 3 months alternatively in both places. We think we will sell the Alabama home within the next couple of years. We know we will miss going back because each time we go to either place, it feels kinda like a vacation

Some very close friends of our got a MH and that is appealing to us. Hope to pull the trigger in the next year or two.

Not going to be a full timer but hope to go out at least a week every month.
