Profdan from Calif joining IRV2 because . . .

I've been very active on rv.net for 14 years, but I noticed that more and more really great folks have been migrating over to IRV2. I am hoping to find a forum where the exchanges are friendly and pleasant. Not that disagreement is a bad thing -- frank and honest discussions are a great way to get to the truth. But personal attacks detract from the discussions -- more heat than light.

I really appreciate the work that it takes for the moderators and administrators to maintain this site, and I hope to learn a lot from all of the experienced people who post here.

And to the newbies, I strongly advise you to ask lots of questions. I was once a newbie, and I remember the feeling of not even knowing what to ask!

I've been on all three RV forums, IRV2, RV.Net and RV Forum, for many years.

There is always some bickering going on but I just ignore it. Lot's of good information and knowledgeable people on all three.

I think the moderators are really good on all of them, they have their work cut out for them for sure.

Welcome to the forum. Of the on line forums i have found this one the best for info and less BS.
