Hello All!

Like many, we are researching our options for our retirement: To fulltime in a nice fifth wheel or a Class A DP. We have several years to decide (probably too much time!) and plan to watch the industry and products develop. Thanks to everyone for all the info on the internet!

If you are considering diesel and an new rig you will want to purchase before the 2007 engine changes to keep the cost down.

I'm lost. I've gone to look for me. If I should return before I get back, please ask me to wait.

HighwayRanger, Welcome to the IRV2 website, it's never to early to start planning for what will be a big change in your lifestyle, epecially if you're thinking about going full time.
If you need help, or just have questions about the change in the new lifestyle just ask the forum. Ed.S

Howdy HR and welcome to IRV2.

I am also planning for retirement sometime in the not too distant future. The DW and I had a fifth wheel and were looking to upgrade to a MH upon retirement.

After looking and researching for about two years we stumbled across a used DP that was in excellent condition for a very reasonable price.

So we now have the retirement MH but haven't retired...yet!

Good luck in your research and hope retirement is not too far away.
