Residential Refrigerator
Our residential refrigerator seems to accumulate water under the pull out trays. Is the back of the refrigerator too cold and freezing the drain?

Welcome. WE don't seem to be having a problem with ours. Maybe post this in the appliance thread here for some answers.
Sorry I could not help.

I would check all the door seals with a dollar bill test or similar. If warm, moist air is getting into the refrigerator or freezer, that can cause excessive moisture to form.
