Retired & Ready !

Pat n I just got a really nice '94 Pace Arrow, 37' class A loaded in great shape and everything works!
I'm retired Marine Corps, and Texas Peace Officer, Pat's a semi-retired (full time soon) nurse. We've six grandkids.
We took a trial run to Bandera, Tx. no problems, good time, now we're getting ready for a 5 or 6 week trip to northwest Wa., Pat's home. We'll be taking 2 gkids up bringing 2 others back, they'll each fly one way.
Really looking forward to traveling without being in a hurry. Hope to see some of you folks here and there. We live in the lakes area of southeast Texas, so it's at least a 5000 mile trip.
Love to hear from some of you.

Retired & Ready !

Welcome Ed and Pat,
We traavelled the area last year that you are planning on going to. We stopped outside of Crescent City, CA to visit Jed Smith Park which has lots of Giant Redwoods. From there we travelled up the Oregon coast except for a side trip to Crater Lake north of Medford, OR. Tthat lake is really beautiful if you get a chance to go. have fun.

Welcome to the IRV2,com Forum, being new myself I know you will find tons of helpful and useful information. Uvalde, Texas has a nice RV park called Chock Bluff.
Campgrounds and Camping Reservations - ReserveAmerica Reserve America is a wonderful website for looking over photo by owns and visitors. Input you needs and find the parks that fit you don't have to have them book the site for you, (which is what I do) enjoy the forum and have fun.

Stay safe and drive slowly always
