Welcome to iRV2.

Sorry your first post is about problems .

Three possibilities .
The auto transfer switch , is not passing power into the coach .
The circuit breaker in the main panel that powers the inverter is tripped or bad .
Internal controls in the inverter that automatically , switch the unit from invert to charge the batteries are defective.
Circuit breaker is easiest to check .

THEN if circuit breaker isn't the problem . Try the roof air conditioner .
The roof air , isn't on an inverted circuit , so if that works then , the auto transfer switch is probably ok.

Questions .
Is this a 30 amp RV or a 50amp ?
Do you have a volt meter , and are you confident in it's use ?

Sorry for the mis-fortune. Are you positive about only running off the batteries? If my memory serves me correctly do these things. Plug into shore power and see if the house AC unit will run? If it does then you are getting AC to the house. Then start the generator and do the same, if the AC works then you are getting generator power. Now for the Xantrex, it is only designed to send power, ie DC converted to AC to certain things, TV and or fridge and maybe outlets around bed. It does not run the house AC.
Take a look in the Winnebago black bag where the Owners manuals are and it will explain it.
Hopefully you get it figured out

I'm with SuperGewl when he asks 'Are you sure you're running off the batteries' thru the inverter. I'm not positive, but I doubt if your inverter is much bigger than 600W in the View. That would be enuf to run the TV, and probably not the fridge. So check what SuperGewl recommends to confirm whether or not you have shore power to the coach. And if you still have any questions call WBGO techs at 500.537-1885.

Enjoy your coach and see you down the road,

There's a Navion/View Facebook page with only N/V owners. You may want to ask your questions there as that group is pretty sharp.
