So new to this I don't even own an RV...yet!

Greetings,
As the title indicates, we are so new that we don't even own an RV yet. Our goal is to go Full-time. I would like to do so in about 2 years. My wife is thinking its more like 4-5 out with some longer term stints to start. We eventually would like to caravan down to someplace in southern mexico or Central America I know that sounds totally crazy but you gotta know me to understand.
So anyway looking forward to connecting and gleaning some knowledge and past experience from many.
Thanks for opening the door.

PS extra thanks to "Petro" for the personal welcome.

Welcome! I joined several RV forums a full year before we bought our first RV. I knew what I wanted to do, but was a total novice at how to accomplish it! I spent literally hundreds of hours reading FAQ, reading whole threads about areas I found of interest, learning all the lingo and becoming knowledgeable on what to look for, what was a necessity, and most importantly what to avoid.
Welcome to irv.2, you will find out all you need to know by perusing the forum to its full ability.
Good luck on accomplishing your goals and living your dreams!

Don't feel lonely - I joined the forum 7 months ago w/o an RV. The good news is we will be picking our new RV up on Thursday. YAY! The forum made it so much easier to decide what motor home was best for us! And all the folks here are marvelous.
