Soon to be fulltimer checking in!
Good morning, been lurking a couple weeks now, wanted to check in officially and join the discussion. My wife and I are looking to purchase our first MH some time around the end of this year to live in full time. I work in an industry that has me on the road a lot, 200+ nights last year in hotels and AirBnB's, and we're currently in a rental S&B house that we don't particularly love. She's semi-retired and semi self-employed, and I'm on long term projects for months at a time all over the country, so this makes sense in our minds.
On our radars are 38'-ish DP's, we really like the craftsmanship and features of the Monaco, Tiffin, and Newmar units around 10-15 years old. We've lived in very small spaces before, including a 400sf log cabin, and we're looking forward to this adventure!
