Been lurking for a while and finally joined. I grew up tent camping and I have a ton of childhood memories from those trips with my family. I want the same experiences for our daughter. My wife and I are looking into buying a 5th wheel...she's not about to sleep in a tent lol.

We are actually renting a 27' TT next weekend to head for the mountains for a few days. That will be the test run for my wife to make sure she will enjoy the experience...I have no doubt that she will.
Not to mention, we've already been shopping at several dealers.

My late wife started in a tent, by the time we met, some 30 years ago, I had a 26' TT and ¾ ton PU. She quickly decided she liked RV "camping" much better!
