Starting Out Small

My wife and I just purchased a 2017 Coachmen Clipper Ultra-Lite 17FQ. It is the perfect size to pull behind our Toyota Sienna mini-van. We are looking forward to learning a lot of things here to make owning and using our new trailer more enjoyable!

There was a saying in the boating community to "buy your last boat first" .

We started small in 2010 with a tent trailer we pulled behind our motorcycle. That lasted almost two seasons before we sold the trailer and got a 36' fifth wheel. That lasted until early 2014 when got the 41' toy hauler to haul the motorcycle. We have no plans to give up the TH any time soon.

We would've saved a ton of money had we bought our last RV first, as the saying goes.
