I have a 1988 super chief and need some input as to how much air to run in the rear air bags. please advise.

Hello perrybass and welcome to irv2!

I would suggest finding a level area and just adding enough air to make your rig level, front to rear and left to right. This should give you your best ride as long as the front springs are okay. There is no preset air pressure setting for air bags or air shocks.
