Thank you for accepting a newbie from Canada
Hi
Firstly I am so pleased to be able to join this wonderful forum , the wealth of knowledge here and the wholesome camaraderie makes me feel a whole lot happier and comfortable as I start what for me is a daunting journey.
I have just purchased a Thor Serrano 31z 2011 and plan to start my retirement full timing at the end of September.
I am a. 60 year old expat engineer from the UK I have spent 14 years in Canada working in Facilities Management for Johnson Controls. I will be travelling with my 10 year old Blue Merle collie dog Kerry.
I have travelled extensively in the US yet only really seen airports and hotels , one of my favourite experiences was motorcycling through Yosemite a couple of year ago, I guess that was the catalyst for my decision to buy the rv.
I have sold the house and almost everything in it and would welcome any advice that is sent my way.

Tim.....if you've sold your house and are planning to live exclusively in your RV.....I'd suggest you familiarize yourself with the residency requirements necessary to maintain your BC-MSP and the US immigration & tax restrictions that limit the time you can legally stay in the USA each year. Good luck...have fun !
