The adventure starts now

My wife and I recently retired and sold our home and much of our stuff. We purchased a new Lance travel trailer and we will be leaving Maine tomorrow to start our new adventure. We will keep our cabin in Maine on the lake and will live in the trailer from November until May. We are going to head toward Florida stopping along the way to see old friends. We will be in Florida for about a month and then plan to explore the southwest for a few months. We are very excited and a bit nervous but ready to get started. Our plan is to boondocks as much as possible. We have a lot to learn.

Welcome to iRV2.

There are many here in the forums , doing the same as what you have planned, never be afraid to ask questions .

Remember the only Dumb question is the one you don't ask... particularly if not asking , gives you a kick in the wallet .

Be sure to check out all the forums especially the Boondocking forum, if that's what some of your plans will include.
