Traded our Itasca for a Tiffin Allegro 34TGA

Just picked up our new Allegro 34TGA last week. Haven't been anywhere yet... except from the dealership home... but if our past experience says anything we hope to be on the road soon. There are soooooo many 'bells and whistles' on this new unit.....

We traded our 1999 32' (No Slides!!!) Itasca Suncruiser with 135,000+ miles on it for the Allegro. The only thing I'm finding frustrating is the sound system, televisions (it comes with three ) and figuring out how to make the satellite work.

I very likely will be checking in on other forums for help...

Best of Luck with the new rig, you are going to love it. We pick up our 34 TGA in May and have been pretty much living in it all summer. The wife and I keep saying we would not change a thing. The TV's work with one remote anywhere in the coach because of the IR's Tiffin installs. The audio and DVD has it's own remote. I haven tried hooking up the satellite yet, been to busy traveling.
Enjoy IT
Joe

What do you mean by IR's that Tiffin installs? I will be checking in on the Tiffin RV Network. Just signed up for that.

Infrared IR Blue LED Sensor for TV/VHS/VCD/DVD/VCR CD Remote Control . Allows you to control your hidden equipment from anywhere in the coach. They installed 3 button type eyes. Front cabinet, mid cabinet and bedroom cabinet, all next to TV's. The smaller remote works the radio receiver and DVD player. When you install your satelte box connect the extra sensor wire that are in the cabinet.
