The safest tires on a trailer are those that are protected by a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). Even the best tire can pick up a nail. Without a TPMS, you won't know it until after the shredded tire has damaged your trailer. See http://www.irv2.com/forums/f258/tpms...es-166207.html.

Hi Ron! Welcome to IRV2! It's great to have you join the gang!

I've always tried to use Michelin, but then there's lots of folks on here who say they have had bad experiences with them.

BTW, I would suggest that you post questions over in the specific areas of the forum for best results. Not many folks hang out here in the Welcome area so your responses will be limited. The IRV2 General Discussion area might be a good place.
