Wannabe Snowbird from Canada

Greetings from Ontario (just NE of Toronto)

For the first time in 9 years we aren't going south (border is closed) but we have high hope for next year. When we drove to AZ in the past we stayed in motels but we have a Coachmen Freedom Express 204 RD on order to avoid co-habiting with previous occupants of motel rooms.

we have pulled before but it was years ago so we have much learning before us and this is one place where there is great knowledge.

I am a very retired computer geek and am happy to help those who are so challenged.

Stay safe everyone

Sorry you can't escape the cold this year. Sit close to the fire and stay warm. Suppose it will be unpleasant at least compared to Arizona. Next year will be a different year. Thank you for your offer to help the compunter illerates like me.

Welcome to iRV2 .

From a currently hold up at home fellow Canadian Snowbird . Thirteen years at our current home and this will be our first Halloween here.

NE of the big TO , Stony Lake area ?

Hate to say it but we're sending a particularly nasty winter storm your way .
Dig out your parka and stay safe.

We live just north of Port Perry out in the country. I don't want to see snow. we have a 270 foot driveway and a tractor with snowblower attached to deal with the snow but I would rather be golfing.

Amen .

Although , my handicap is that I own a set of golf clubs.

If I can maintain my current level of golfing skills ... and live another 36 years , I can golf my age.

Welcome to the forum.

You are joining a good group of folks here with good information to share. Read the various threads here and ask questions as they come up or add information if you can.

We had planned on going north of the border this summer but as you know all too well that did not work out. Maybe next year for both of us.

Good luck and the adventure!
